The Men’s Ministry at Bethany is designed to encourage and exhort men to be leaders in their home, church, and community. Various ministries, classes, Bible studies, and small groups are regularly offered for this purpose of showing men how to mature and lead effectively. Men are also routinely being discipled and mentored in the context of their leadership development including, but not limited to, the training needed to serve the church in the offices of deacon and elder. Retreats, conferences, and breakfast fellowships are also structured into the overall strategy for coming alongside men in order to help them grow spiritually.
